THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
Our cakes are freshly baked to order.
Please note that a minimum of 2 days’ order notice is required.
Orders will only be accepted once full payment is completed.
DELIVERY&COLLECTION
A certain delivery & pick-up time could be arranged with us via email or phone at the time of ordering or as soon as possible afterwards.
The Products ordered could only be delivered to the address you provided in the Ordering Form. Any delivery changes must be noticed by contacting us 48 hours in advance.
We will retain your ordered products for collection for 24 hours if no one is able to collect them within the given time. An extra fee will be charged for redelivery.
We will not accept liability for any damage sustained to the cake once it has been collected.
CAKE CARE
Cakes should be refrigerated to keep them stay fresh and consumed within 2-3 days after collecting.
Use airtight containers if storing cakes to eat later.
ALLERGIES
If you have any allergies, please check carefully with Components &Allergens lists beneath each product description.
Please note that while we do have processes in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we work in the commercial kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so are unable to guarantee no allergen traces in our products. Please order at your own risk.
